Kitedrive file synchronisation enables business users to access up-to-date Enterprise content anytime, anywhere. Kitedrive sync combines the ease of use of consumer-centric file syncing solutions with the IT controls, security, and management that enterprises require. All files placed in kitedrive are continously synchronised to ensure that business users have access to their content across devices (mobile, desktop, and laptop), online and offline. Files edited when offline are automatically synchronised when the user is online again.
Designed for the Enterprise, kitedrive sync offers organisations secure managed file synchronisation. The solution works within the parameters set up by an IT organisation. Administrators can enable and disable file synchronisation for users. They also have access to workspace activity logs to ensure security and compliance. Authentication to the kitedrive sync client is supported by Accellion through LDAP and SAML. Authorisation is done through OAuth to ensure a secure connection.
