		WatchDox allows documents to be accessed securely and viewed from any device, including PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, BlackBerry and Android devices. Moreover, it preserves their fidelity to ensure they can be viewed properly on all platforms.
End-to-end document security and tracking
		WatchDox ensures documents are under control at all times, and can restrict their distribution by preventing them from being downloaded, copied, printed or forwarded. Documents are tracked at all times and an audit trail is maintained, and the administrator is able to remotely destroy any document - even after it had been shared and downloaded by an outside person!

Ad-hoc secure document sharing

With the WatchDox SharePoint connector your users may send documents ad hoc from within SharePoint and assign security and permissions while they do so.

This solution allows secure sharing of documents from SharePoint with external users who do not necessarily have access to your SharePoint site. These users can then access documents from Windows and Mac machines, as well as from mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry devices. The devices are not required to be managed by the enteprise, and may be personal or third party devices.

Document senders are able to control and track these documents directly from SharePoint to see who viewed, downloaded or printed documents, where and when. If necessary, a document can be remotely destroyed.

Sharing entire SharePoint libraries

WatchDox can be used to secure an entire SharePoint library, turning it into an external-facing secure virtual data room. A WatchDox secure library automatically replicates the internal SharePoint content to a WatchDox secure library that is accessible to the designated individuals or groups outside the firewall.

Users may access the library’s documents from any device, however the content in the WatchDox library is protected, controlled and tracked so your SharePoint content is never compromised, yet is accessible to anyone you authorize. Admins and document owners can always revoke access to documents and destroy them, even after they have been downloaded by an outside party.
