Send your important and sensitive documents with a click, and make sure they are always protected and tracked.

Simply compose your email message and attach your documents as you normally would. Whenever you send an attachment to someone outside your domain or company, the WatchDox Plug-in will display a dialog allowing you to send the document securely via WatchDox*

• Your attached documents will be uploaded via the Plug-in - securely and automatically
  
  
• Your documents will be converted into a secure WatchDox format
  
  
• Your email message will then be sent via your regular Outbox with the attachments replaced by links to the WatchDox-protected documents

* You may change these default settings at any time, or proactively send attachments securely via WatchDox by clicking the Send via WatchDox button that is added to your Outlook toolbar Window.

View and edit WatchDox-secured PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents on your local machine, as you normally would. These documents will be protected and subject to the same permissions assigned by the document owner.

• Only authorized users may view and edit the protected documents
  
  
• Copying, printing, and forwarding are restricted according to the policy set by the document owner
  
  
• The document owner may change the documents' permissions at any time or update them, affecting all local copies
